HISTORY OF CRIME GENRE:
The establishment of the movie genre made every film ever produced to be extremely successful as it helps the audience distinguish between movie genres which leads to movies having a pre-sold audience as audiences support the genre they like. Moving on, the final genre that I have decided for my film opening is CRIME.
'THE CRYSTAL STOPPER' is a novel based on a crime genre where a detective, whether amateur or professional, trying to figure out how and by whom a particular crime was committed. This particular genre always has the same topic i.e solving the crime mystery, but every movie shows it differently and presents a unique storyline. In the beginning, many novels on the genre CRIME were published, which were liked by a lot of people and forced great directors and producers to produce films in this particular genre as it was getting huge loads of hype. Back in time, Novels were produced by great writers from the middle east known as Arabs, the Arabs have an old famous novel called “THE THREE APPLES” and Chinese writers also wrote and published many novels and stories which marked the start of this genre “CRIME”, and later on great directors started making movies based on crime genre.
